The Marion B. Folsom Center, opened in 1981, is our second largest center with over 23,000 square feet of space for its primary and specialty care services. It is also the home of the Family Medicine Practice for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community, and provides full communication access, including professional interpreters and TTY lines, to meet the deaf and hard of hearing community's needs.

From simple matters, such as getting an appointment, to more difficult issues, like solving major service concerns, call the main number for the health center. Our Patient Service Representatives are available to help you Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
