This interactive program helps you and your family with easy, tasty and healthy food ideas, activities and exercise tips. Karen Jankowski, RD, CDE, CDN Karen has been involved in nutrition counseling as a registered dietitian for more than 20 years, and as a certified diabetes educator for more than six years. She combines practical up-to-date recommendations with an awareness of the emotional connection of food choices, working as a "nutrition coach" to help empower individuals towards meeting health challenges through a positive step-by-step approach.
