Chili Pediatrics

Caring for children from birth through adolescence with an emphasis on wellness and preventive care

Our Philosophy

At Chili Pediatrics, we strive to provide high quality, comprehensive health care for your children, from birth through the college years.

We offer:

  • Preventive Care - Monitor growth, development and behavior, screen for early signs of disease and administer immunizations against serious illnesses.
  • Sick Care - Diagnose and treat illnesses.
  • Emotional Health - Identify and help parents solve behavioral and emotional problems in the individual child or family unit.

We recognize and value the uniqueness of each of our families. We strive to provide care to meet your individual needs. If your child has any problems that concern you, please tell us so we can help.

Our Practice

Office Hours - We are available seven days a week to accommodate your needs.
Monday-Friday: 9:00AM - noon / 1:00PM - 5:00PM *
Saturday: 9:00AM - noon (for urgent sick visits)
Sunday: 10:00AM - noon (for urgent sick visits)

By Phone - Our pediatric nurses are available during regular office hours to answer questions about routine care and illnesses.

After Hours - If you have an urgent need after regular office hours, then you can reach trained pediatric nurses until midnight or an on-call physician by calling 585/723-6590. You will receive home care advice or be directed to an urgent care or emergency center. A physician is on call 24 hours a day.

Insurance - We accept new patients with coverage through most major insurance providers including: Aetna, Blue Choice, BlueCross BlueShield, Fidelis, MVP Health Care, MVP Health Care Option/Medicaid, Medicare, Monroe Plan, Child Health Plus, ValuMed and we are able to bill most commercial carriers.

Hospitalization - If your child needs to be hospitalized for illness, we admit to the Golisano Children's Hospital at Strong.
