New Call Handling Process for Buffalo Patients

When Buffalo patients call Lifetime Health Medical Group, they will now be connected directly to their health center, rather than a central call center. This change allows us to answer calls more quickly and address patients' needs more effectively.

Our appointment lines are now open Monday – Friday 8:30am-12pm and 1- 5 pm; closed 12-1pm for lunch.  We are available for urgent care needs and emergencies 24 hours-a-day.
